Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 10, 2025

At Made Man Coaching & Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching experiences and digital products. We value your satisfaction and aim to ensure clarity and fairness in our refund process.

1. Coaching Services (1:1, Group, Executive Workshops, Leadership Retreats)

All coaching services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session:

  • You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may result in the session being forfeited without a refund.

Package Programs:
If you purchase a multi-session package and choose not to continue, refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used. After sessions begin, refunds will not be issued.

2. Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Toolkits, Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any downloadable content once the file has been accessed or delivered.

3. Workshops, Retreats, and Events

Refunds for in-person or virtual events may be granted up to 14 days before the scheduled event. After this period, we do not offer refunds due to planning and preparation costs. However, you may request to transfer your spot to another person with written notice.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues with a product download or online access, we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
